Made for the love of the coast

Wakewing is a small, independent project inspired by time spent working on the ocean. It brings a quieter view of the coast to the screens already around us.

We are starting close to home, with Newport, Providence and New London. The first release combines coastal observations, tide predictions and original notes that make those numbers easier to understand.

The website is free to explore. A shared data foundation will support future apps, but there is no app download or paid plan in this release.
